L'Atout Fermier
The farm producers of Atout Fermier, Magasin Paysans join forces to offer their wonderful farm produce for sale, every day of the week. Their aim is to promote local, fair-trade and sustainable farming.
L'Atout Fermier is part of the Tourisme Gourmand network. Each ambassador of the network meets rigorous specifications whose criteria address the attention paid to reception, the promotion of local products and short tours
The farmers of the Adour are grouped together to market, independently and on a voluntary basis, their marvellous seasonal products. They want to bring to life a peasant, local, fair and sustainable agriculture: Beef - Veal under the mother - Gascon black pig - Farmhouse chickens, geese, chickens, festive poultry, preserves - Fatty ducks, fresh, confit, foie gras, pâtés... - Farm eggs - Cheeses - Espelette peppers - Seasonal vegetables and fruits - Pastries - Organic farm milk ice cream - Jams - Herbal teas and waxes from Maylis Abbey - Wines: Tursan, Côtes de Chalosse...
