A chocolate enthusiast since childhood, Amélie opened her boutique in Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx in 2020. Located in Quartier Neuf de Saint-Martin, she offers a selection of tablets, ballotins, bouchées, bonbons... and many chocolate treats of her own composition. An artisan chocolatier to discover, just a stone's throw from Bayonne, which, let's not forget, was the first French port to trade cocoa beans in the 17th century...

Le Cacaoyer has now won two awards: the Club des Croqueurs de Chocolats and Gault et Millau.
