The Brocas forges are nestled in a green setting that combines natural and built heritage. Between the Estrigon, the forge master?s house, the coal barn, the finishing workshop and the workers? housing estate, the 1832 blast furnace dominates.
Push open the door of the forge museum and discover the life and work of 19th-century Landes workers (explanation of the technique used to obtain cast iron and video on casting), as well as a rich collection of cast-iron objects (firebacks, everyday utensils, tools, etc.).
