From March to June, COPA DAX offers you its fresh asparagus of recognised quality: the IGP-certified asparagus from the sands of the Landes. COPA DAX is part of the Tourisme Gourmand des Landes network. Each ambassador in the network meets strict specifications, the criteria of which cover the attention given to customer reception, the promotion of local products and the defence of short circuits.
